§ 22-3. Restrictions on movements of people and evacuation.

The mayor's declaration may include prohibitions and restrictions on movements of people in public places and may direct and compel the voluntary or mandatory evacuation of all or part of the population from any stricken or threatened area within the town's jurisdiction; may prescribe routes, modes of transportation, and destinations in connection with evacuation; and may control ingress and egress of the town and the movement of persons within the town limits.
