§ 22-5. Restrictions on possession, consumption, and transfer of alcoholic beverages.

(a)

The mayor's declaration of emergency may include prohibitions and restrictions upon the possession, transportation, sale, purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

(b)

If imposed, the restrictions shall apply throughout the jurisdiction of the town or such part of the town as designated in the declaration.
