§ 2-131. Advisory council and special committees.

  • (a)

    The planning board may establish an unofficial advisory council and may cooperate with the council to the end that its investigations and plans may receive full consideration, but the board may not delegate to such advisory council any of its official powers and duties.

    (b)

    The planning board may from time to time establish special committees to assist it in studying specific questions and problems.
