§ 2-457. Meetings.

(a)

Regular meetings of the board shall be held on the last Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers of town hall.

(b)

Special meetings of the board shall be held at a time and place designated by the chairperson subject to compliance with all requirements of the North Carolina Open Meetings Laws.

(c)

When there is no business for the board, monthly meetings may be canceled. Notice will be given to all members of such cancellation.

(d)

A quorum consists of a majority of the board membership.
