§ 42-3. Sign permits; applicability.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a sign permit application shall be submitted to the code enforcement officer and a sign permit shall be required to erect, construct, enlarge, move or replace any sign. A building permit may also be required.

(b)

Combined development signs require a sign permit and a signage plan as outlined in section 42-4.
