§ 46-22. Standards of conduct for group demonstrations.

The following standards shall apply to all demonstrations conducted in the town:
(1)

No more than one demonstration may be conducted within the town at any one time;

(2)

The prohibitions contained in G.S. 14-277.2 against possession of dangerous weapons shall be strictly enforced; and

(3)

No person shall cause or permit a vicious animal to participate in the demonstration.
