§ 46-57. Revocation.

Latest version.

The police chief shall revoke any permit granted for a parade, block party, or group demonstration, and cause it to stop and disband, for either of the following reasons:
(1)

The violation by any participant of section 46-21; or

(2)

The failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit.
