§ 50-60. Thoroughfare plans.

Where a proposed subdivision includes any part of a thoroughfare which has been designated as such upon the officially adopted thoroughfare plan of the town, the county board of commissioners or the state department of transportation, such part of the thoroughfare plan shall be platted by the subdivider in the location shown on the plan and at the width specified in this article by the town and/or the state department of transportation, as applicable.
