§ 54-58. Speed limits.

Except as otherwise provided in this article, it shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle within the town at a speed in excess of 35 miles per hour. In those instances where speed limits other than 35 miles per hour are established, it shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle within the town at a speed in excess of the posted speed.
