§ 58-53. Wastewater dischargers.

It shall be unlawful for any person to connect or discharge to the POTW without first obtaining the permission of the town. When requested by the POTW director, a user must submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater within 20 days of the request. The POTW director is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose and may periodically require users to update this information.
