§ 58-88. Right of revision.

The town reserves the right to establish limitations and requirements which are more stringent than those required by either state or federal regulation if deemed necessary to comply with the objectives presented in section 58-19 or the general and specific prohibitions in section 58-84, as is allowed by 40 CFR 403.4.
