§ 58-164. Public hazard.

All excavations for building sewer installation within public rights-of-way shall be performed under a permit issued by the town manager and shall be adequately guarded with barricades and lights so as to protect the public from hazard. Streets, sidewalks, plazas and other public property disturbed in the course of the work shall be restored in a manner satisfactory to the town subject to the terms and conditions of the permit.
