§ 62-67. Chief of police approval.

The chief of police or his designee shall determine whether or not operators' licenses or drivers' permits shall be issued in accordance with this article for the privilege of operating one vehicle as well as subsequent licenses and permits for the privilege of operating additional vehicles.
