§ 62-97. Soliciting fares and persons for transportation.

Whenever any taxicab is being operated upon such streets of the town, the driver shall not leave his taxicab for the purpose of soliciting passengers and fares a distance greater than ten feet from such taxicab except upon request to assist in the handling of baggage by a passenger or prospective passenger.
