§ 66-138. R-6 Medium Density with Performance Standards Residential District.

(a)

The R-6 Medium Density with Performance Standards District is established for medium density single-family dwellings with additional performance development standards and other related uses. In promoting the general purpose of this chapter, the specific intent of this district is to encourage the construction, and continued use, of land for single-family dwellings while at the same time prohibiting commercial and industrial use of the land and any other use which would substantially interfere with the development of single-family dwellings.

(b)

The minimum lot size shall be 6,000 square feet where the lot is served by both municipal water and sewer, and 15,000 square feet where the lot is not served by both municipal water and sewer.
