§ 6-3. Hours of certain alcohol sales.

In accordance with the provisions of G.S. 160A-205.3, the sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, and mixed beverages is permitted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday pursuant to a licensed premises permit issued under the provisions of G.S. 18B-1001.
