No person, business or firm shall cause, allow, or permit open burning of refuse or
other material within the corporate limits of the town which would conflict with the
provisions of the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code, or the North Carolina Air Pollution
Control Act, 15 NCAC 2D.0525, Control and Prohibition of Open Burning, 15A NCAC 2D.1900,
and G.S. 142-215.3(a)(1), and G.S. 143-215.107(a)(5).
