§ 30-6. Incentives.

To encourage the use of this chapter, the town council grants the following incentives, to the extent authorized by state law:
(1)

Applications under this chapter shall be processed administratively by the TRC.

(2)

Applications under this chapter shall be processed with priority over those under this chapter, including those with earlier filing dates.

(3)

The town may reduce or waive zoning review fees.
