§ 14-139. Relationship to laws and standards.

The provisions of the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code, as amended periodically, are incorporated by reference herein. In the event that any provision of this article is in material conflict with a provision of the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code, then the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code provisions shall take precedence over the conflicting provision of this article.
